How are payouts calculated?+
We pay 30% of the monthly subscription value for each active subscriber referred by your code. Payouts are calculated monthly and paid on the first business day of the following month. Minimum payout is £25.
What about taxes?+
You're responsible for reporting affiliate income on your tax return according to your local regulations. We'll provide detailed earnings reports monthly for your records. Consult with your accountant about your specific obligations.
Can I use the Mello logo and branding?+
Yes! We provide an asset pack with logos, brand guidelines, and pre-written social media copy. You must comply with our brand guidelines and not alter the logo or make false claims about Mello.
Are there restrictions on how I can promote Mello?+
Yes. You cannot make medical or clinical claims. You must not imply Mello diagnoses, treats, or replaces veterinary care. You must disclose the commercial relationship. See Partner Terms for full details.
What if I'm a vet practice—are there compliance rules?+
Yes. Vet practices must comply with their professional conduct rules and advertising standards. You're responsible for ensuring your promotions meet all regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.
How long is the cookie window?+
90 days. If someone clicks your referral link today, any signup within the next 90 days will be attributed to you and earn you commission.
What's included in the asset pack?+
Logo files (PNG, SVG), one-page client handout PDF, social media graphics, pre-written email/social copy, and brand guidelines. You can customize the copy for your audience.
Can I earn lifetime commission?+
Yes, as long as the subscriber remains active. If they cancel, earnings stop for that subscriber. Our commission model is recurring, not per-sale.

As a Mello partner, you agree to comply with the following terms:

- •Professional Responsibility: Vet practices, nurses, and groomers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their professional conduct rules and local advertising standards.
- •Brand Usage: Use of Mello logo and branding must follow our brand guidelines. Do not alter the logo or use it in misleading ways.
- •No Spam or Manipulation: Do not use spam, misleading claims, or manipulative tactics to drive referrals.
